Thoughts on Be Balance Beautify

Be says it all. It's the core. If I be, then I am.

Not sure how to define balance, and what it means in my life and the life of others. Maybe balancing is the way. It's movement. Without movement, there is no life. And there is ALWAYS movement; so everything is always alive - even if it appears not to be. Movement - energy - everything is energy and energy is always moving, balancing. I don't have to balance consciously, but I can. I can play at it. And that's where beautify comes in.

It's all "beautiful" - full of beauty, if I choose to see it that way. It's the judgment, the comparing, the false sense of what's valuable and what's not. Again, it's a choice. So where does "beautify" fit in? I can beautify - in my opinion - my body, my home, my workplace. Another person might see what I consider beautiful as boring, extravagant or even ugly. So once again, it's a personal matter.

My name is Kaycheri. I have existed in my present form on this planet for 75 years as of January 13, 2008. I am somewhat amazed by this fact, and even more amazed that my body, mind and emotions are as fit as they seem to be. The spirit is, they say, eternal; so I won't be amazed about that. During these 75 plus years I have been very busy - learning, playing, doing. At present, under the guise of teacher, wife, mother and friend, I am busy sharing some of what I've learned. I "teach" yoga and Nia. I put "teach" in quotes. You can figure out why.
